Formed in 2012 as a joint venture between First Datacorp and Eduspec Private, Ltd., First Eduspec, Inc. is a multi-national company that offers innovative Information and Communication Technology (ICT) through educational programs for schools incorporating 21st century learning fundamentals. In 201X, First Eduspec, Inc. integrated the STEM with Robotics and CS21 curriculums in order to cater to the changing requirements of modern education that prevails an evolves on industry-driven initiatives.

First Eduspec Inc. carries the same product offerings of Eduspec Pte Ltd. (EPL) -- a Singapore based company, wholly owned by Eduspec Holdings Berhad. In Malaysia, it is involved in providing outsourced education programs and consulting services to educational institutions. It is the leading K-12 IT education provider in Asia and has been in the business for 28 years. EPL has expanded its reach to Asian countries with partners in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, China and the Philippines.

FEI brings with it a business value driven to bridge technology and the academic institution market. It provides for structured ICT literacy learning curriculum, ICT ethics curriculum and pedagogy and providing certification for teacher’s learning program.
